The apartment is duplex (ground floor and 1st floor), village house style with independent entrance. Entrance is through the bay window in the living room which overlooks the alley.
Living room equipped with a designer leather sofa, and a large TV, (55'') a dining table for 4 people, the kitchen is fully equipped and furnished (large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine dishes). Nespresso pod coffee maker, kitchen equipment so you can cook.
You will find on the half landing (narrow staircase) a toilet with sink, a room in which the washing machine is located.
Another small room converted into a dressing room.
Then on the 1st floor a spacious bedroom with open bathroom.
The bedroom is equipped with a large Queen Size bed (160x200cm), premium quality bedding (TRECA confort palace - 5* hotel bedding), two chests of drawers, and a desk.
Large TV (50'') in the bedroom.
The bathroom separated by a low wall is composed of a pleasant bathtub, a designer Column vanity unit, and a small storage space.
Electric towel dryer, roller shutter, and safe in the room.
An extra bed can be added to accommodate a 3rd person.
We are close to the castles: Domaine de Fontainebleau, Château de Robernier, and Château de Nestuby. Our accommodation “CASA RELAX” is the ideal place to stay if you are attending a wedding or event in these locations

Presence of a pellet stove in the living room, use exclusively for long stays (on prior request).
