TERMS OF SALES



1 – Designation of the apartment:The rented apartment is designated in the “Reservation Form”.
2 – Services:The owner undertakes to make available to the tenant the apartment specified in the description of the site “lascasasprovence.fr” and the inventory in the appendix.
3 – Rental:To be definitive, the rental must be subject to the return by the tenant of the reservation form and valid bank details. Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or paypal in euros.
4 – Arrival and departure times:Arrival can be made from 5 p.m. for all apartments. The apartment must be vacated on the day of departure before 12 p.m.
5 – Security deposit:The security deposit will be paid, before arrival, by the tenant by credit card. The security deposit will be returned at the latest before 7 days following the end of the stay, less costs linked to possible damage or degradation. This damage or deterioration will be determined on the basis of an inventory and an inventory.If this inventory and this inventory are not made in a contradictory manner due to an unplanned departure, a departure outside opening hours, or for any other reason, the owner will report within 48 hours after the departure of the tenant by email or by post the damage or degradation noted.Also within 48 hours, after receipt of the email or letter, the tenant will be able to make their own observations. After this period, the inventory and the inventory will be considered contradictory and final.The security deposit does not limit the tenant's liability and obligations. These may be incurred beyond the security deposit paid, in the event of damage exceeding the amount deposited.
6 – Cancellation:In the event of cancellation made by the tenant 30 days or less before the arrival date, no refund will be made.In the event of interruption of the stay decided by the tenant, no refund will be made.
7 – Tenant’s obligations:During his stay, the tenant undertakes to respect reasonable and responsible consumption of water, electricity and gas for heating.At the end of the stay, the tenant must return the apartment in the state of cleanliness and order in which he found it. Otherwise, the time spent cleaning and tidying up will be billed on an hourly basis of 25 euros.The tenant is solely responsible for loss, damage or theft of his personal effects occurring during the rental.The tenant must not cause noise or other nuisances that could disturb other tenants in the building. He must not store any objects in the common areas.The presence of domestic animals is prohibited, unless otherwise authorized in writing by the owner.No professional or commercial activity is authorized in the apartment, it being rented as part of a tourist stay.Any subletting is strictly prohibited.
8 – Insurance:The tenant must check with his own insurance company that he is covered for any material or bodily damage occurring or caused during the rental. He already waives any recourse against the owner for damages he may suffer during the rental.It is agreed that any breach of these obligations by the tenant will justify the end of the rental and the apartment must be vacated without compensation and without delay.
9-Data protection:In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, of Protection of Personal Data ("LPD"), we inform you that through the reservation process, your personal data will remain in the company's files, in order to provide you with the best services. Likewise, we inform you of the possibility of asserting your rights of access, modification, cancellation or opposition to personal data found in the company's files.
